Christmas Tree Farm Mini-Sessions 2020 | Washington DC-Maryland-Virginia Photographer
For the first time ever, I’m so excited to offer holiday mini-sessions at Moose Apple Christmas Tree Farm! I have a limited number of spaces available on Sunday, November 1 (an additional date might be added later).

Date: Sunday, November 1, 2020
(Be sure to let your clocks FALL BACK the night before!!)
Location: Moose Apple Christmas Tree Farm, 2425 Wickliffe RD, Berryville VA 22611
Time: 20-minute slots from 10:20 am - 1:00 pm
Cost: $150 Early Bird ($175 if booked the week of October 26) - up to 6 family members (please contact me if you have more than this)
What you’ll receive: 20-minute photo session and 15 high-res digital images in an online gallery
Payment: A $50 deposit is required to confirm your session. Instructions will be sent via email upon receiving your booking request. The balance is payable by the day of the session. Images will not be delivered before full payment is received.
How to book: Please complete the following form. Courtney will confirm session times via email by Friday, October 23.

Policies:
PROPS: Due to Covid-19, props will not be provided. Please feel free to bring your own, or you’re welcome to make purchases at the Moose Apple store before your session.
Weather policy: In case of inclement weather, the photographer will decide whether to proceed with sessions. The tentative rain date for mini sessions is Sunday, November 15.
Covid policy: Please please PLEASE do not attend your session if you or anyone in your group are exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19, including but not limited to fever, cough, etc. I’ll be glad to work with you to refund or rebook for another time when everyone is well. By attending mini-sessions, you acknowledge that you release the photographer and venue from any liability regarding Covid-19.
No show policy: If you are late to your slot, you can use the remaining time but cannot go over your allotted time frame. If you miss your slot completely, the deposit is non-refundable.
Refund policy: The initial $50 booking deposit is nonrefundable except in cases of Covid-19 symptoms/a positive Covid test, or in the case that the photographer cancels (but does not postpone) the sessions due to weather.
